Hi,

I just had a cancellation for July 30 - Aug 13th in our Lighthouse Towers unit on Sand Key, Florida(two week minimum rental)

The rate is $625 per week, 12% tax, $100 cleaning, $100 application, and a refundable $200 security, total amount $1600 plus the security.

In order to reserve, a $500 deposit is due now with the balance due by June 30th.
