Dear Friends,

It is that time of year again when we all start thinking about next year's summer vacation. We hope that everyone had a great time and that the cottages were to everyone's satisfaction. We would like to thank everyone for taking special care of our homes and for decided to spend your vacation in our cottages.

We are starting to take reservations for the 2012 season. The rentals will run Saturday to Saturday with the in-season beginning the week of June 23, 2012, and ending August 25, 2012. The off season rates range from $650 - $695 per week for either cottage and includes heat. In season rates are $1475 per week.

Rentals will be on a first come first serve basis. If anyone is interested in renting a week or more please send a check for 50% of the total amount due, or for in season weeks, $500 due now and $250 due in 30 days. The remainder balance plus security will be due 45 days prior to your rental week. After I receive your first deposit I will mail the lease out. Please call first or email to find availability of weeks. If you do reserve a week, a deposit is needed to hold the week or weeks.

Please add the following to the last email.

A 50% deposit is required to hold all weeks. For in season weeks booked prior to December 2010, a $350 deposit upon booking, and second payment of $350 forty five days from the initial deposit, with the final payment due 45 days prior to your stay for each week reserved.
