Just to let you know that these are the dates that are available for this rental season:

May 25 - June 1 in cottage 1 rate $695
June 22 - 29 in cottage 1 rate $1275
June 29 - July 6 cottage 1 or cottage 2 rate $1475 per cottage July 6 - July 13 cottage 1 rate $1475
Aug 24 - 31 cottage 1 or cottage 2 $1275 per cottage Sept 28 - Oct 5 cottage 1 or cottage 2 $695 per cottage

A $500 deposit will hold the week in season and a $350 deposit will hold an off season week. If you are interested in a week, just email me or call me at 413-532-3221. We installed wi-fi in both cottages last summer too and it worked out great!
