I just had a cancellation for January and February 2013.

Jan 1 - Jan 31, 2013 - $750 per week or $2835 for the month ( 2 week min rental)

Feb 1 - Feb 28, 2013 - $800 per week or $2935 for the month ( 2 week min rental)

Please email if interested. A $500 (per month or per 2 week rental) deposit will hold the rental.
