January 3 - January 20, 2009: $700 per week (2 week minimum)

Superbowl 2009 rental from Jan 20 - Feb 3, 2009:  $2895 plus taxes and fees

Rental from Jan 3 - Feb 3, 2009 ( 31 days): $4295.00 plus taxes and fees

Feb 3 - Feb 28, 2009 (rented, not available)

March 1 - March 31, 2009: (rented, not available)

April 1 - April, 2009 ( rented, not available)

May 1 - May 24, 2009 (rented, not available)

May 25 - June 8, 2009: $600 per week ( 2 week minimum)

June 1 - June 30, 2009: $600 per week ( 2 week minimum) / $1850 per month

July 1 - July 31, 2009: $600 per week ( 2 week minimum) / $1850 per month

(No Pets and no smoking please)

Singles under 26 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100
application fee (non-refundable application fee, money goes directly to Lighthouse
Towers) and a refundable $200 security.  A minimum of 10 days
prior notice for rentals.
