2011 Rates

Jan, Feb 2011 Rented, not available

March 1 - 29, 2011 - $850 per week; $2995 per month ( 4 weeks)

March 19 - April 2, 2011 - $850 per week / (2 week min)

April 28 - May 31, 2011 - $625 per week / (2 wk min)

June 1 - June 30, 2011 - $625 per week / (2 week min)

Singles under 26 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100
application fee (non-refundable application fee, money goes directly to Lighthouse
Towers) and a refundable $200 security.  A minimum of 10 days
prior notice for rentals.  Monthly rates are based on four weeks.
