May 26 - June 23, 2012 $695 per week
June 23 - June 30, 2012 $1275 per week
June 30 - Aug 25, 2012 $1475 per week
Sept 1 - Oct 15, 2012 $695 per week

Plus $150 security payment
A 50% deposit is required to hold all off season weeks
$500 deposit plus $250 in 60 days to hold in season weeks if booked before Jan 1, 2012

Off season weeks include heat. Cottages contain all necessary amenities to make you stay wonderful. The only things you will need to bring are your sheets and towels.
